“Two thumbs up for the lunch ladies”

“Some of the best memories we have of our days in school were made right there in the cafeteria. From being first in line, to a favorite lunch, to the tables and friends you sat with, to the memories of your favorite lunch lady. The Estes Park lunch ladies are making more than memories happen in the school district; they are serving up some pretty great meals. The Co-Food Directors for the Estes Park School District are Jill Hirning, who works in the Elementary school and Cheri Houser, from the High School. Between these two ladies they have been doing school lunches for 38 years. They, along with their small cafeteria staff serve up breakfast and lunches every day there is school in one of the three cafeterias on campus…”
