The Kids’ Safe and Healthful Foods Project (KSHF) is a collaboration of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and The Pew Charitable Trusts (PCT). (The Site) serves as the main Web platform for this collaboration. Except as otherwise provided herein (including the section below titled: “Third Party Services”), users of agree and are subject to the terms of these policies.

Partners and Third Party Services

KSHF also participates as a leader in the  network, a website launched by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to harness the power of online networks to reverse the childhood obesity epidemic.  As a registered “leader” on the site, KSHF has access to information regarding users as well as interactive tools and applications (“Third Party Services”) that can advance KSHF’s mission. At any time, KSHF may choose to make Third Party Services available on this site.  Please be aware that each of’s Third Party Services, like all such services, is subject to its own terms of use, privacy and other policies. Users of these Third Party Services are subject to the unique terms of these services and will be notified and required to agree to these policies prior to use of such services.

The KSHF site is principally administered by The Pew Charitable Trusts.
